veggie soup

Yesterday, I made homemade vegetable soup and it was delicious! It had been a while since we made it, so I fixed a big pot of it and we're having it for dinner again tonight. Vegetable soup, homemade cornbread, sweet iced tea...now ain't that just the best-sounding southern dinner?!?
