Why didn't I think of that?

Someone shared a really good management book with me today at work. It's called Leadership Lessons from Santa Claus. I think the link to it is something like www.santassecrets.com . Anyway, the book is written with the inference that Santa Claus wrote the book. His workshop is his company, his elves are his employees (along with his reindeer). And, his story about how he "promoted" Rudolph is great! If you're in management of any kind, I highly suggest you look for this book at your local book store. My question, though, is this: Why can't I think of great ideas like this book?!? Guess I'll have to put my thinking cap on, write a really good book, and make millions. Now, wouldn't that be just wonderful?!?
